1. Services Provided

Et Tayib Larabi offers the following services:

Website Development: One-page and multi-page website design and development.
Android App Development: Custom Android app design and development.
Logo Design: Custom logo creation tailored to your business needs.

These services will be provided as per the specific requirements agreed upon between the customer and Et Tayib Larabi.

2. Payment Terms

Payment Method: Payments must be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other accepted online methods.
Deposit: A deposit may be required before the commencement of any project, and the remaining balance will be due upon project completion.
Refunds: We offer no refunds after a project has begun. If the project is canceled before work begins, a partial refund may be issued depending on the circumstances.
Late Payments: If payment is not received on or before the due date, a late fee may be applied, and services may be suspended until full payment is made.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate and timely information required for the completion of the project.
The client must provide access to necessary resources (e.g., hosting services, third-party platforms) for development.
The client must review and approve project stages, designs, and deliverables in a timely manner.

4. Ownership of Work

Upon receipt of full payment, all rights and ownership of the completed work (including websites, apps, and logos) will be transferred to the client.
Et Tayib Larabi reserves the right to showcase the work in portfolios or for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified in writing by the client.

5. Changes and Revisions

The client may request revisions to the initial design or concept. However, any revisions that exceed the scope of the original agreement may incur additional fees.
Any amendments to the scope or additional services requested by the client after the commencement of the project will be subject to a new agreement.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all proprietary and confidential information shared during the project confidential. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, design concepts, and other sensitive information.

7. Limitation of Liability

Et Tayib Larabi is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.
We are not liable for any technical issues, including website downtime, server errors, or issues caused by third-party services, including hosting providers or software.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, the client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
If the client does not make the final payment after project completion, Et Tayib Larabi reserves the right to suspend or terminate the services.

9. Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Et Tayib Larabi, its employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from the client's use of the services or breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Algeria. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Algeria.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the date of the most recent update will be indicated at the top. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates.
